Serving as Chief Executive Officer, Bill has brought together a talented team of leaders driving the development and wide market adoption of Solarity, EDCO’s patented scanning and indexing software.
Bill graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree and completed his MBA at the University of Chicago.
With more than 20 years in executive leadership roles in corporate, middle-market, and start-up organizations, Lynne Jones brings extensive experience designing and operationalizing strategies which drive measurable results. In her role as President and COO, Lynne leads the team responsible for the strategic vision of EDCO’s patented scanning and indexing software, Solarity, and all tactical initiatives in support of that vision. Lynne’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining complete customer satisfaction, overseeing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share, and establishing processes for operational excellence.
Lynne earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from Maryville University and a Master of Arts in human resources management from Washington University.
With more than 20 years of experience driving the design and development of software solutions for the management of highly sensitive data, Chez Tschetter leads the team changing the landscape of scanning and indexing software in healthcare. Serving as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Chez is responsible for driving the continued evolution of EDCO’s patented scanning and indexing software, Solarity.
Prior to joining EDCO, Chez co-founded an electronic payment processing company and served as the Director of Technology at a financial services institution. He also served as the Director of Access Technology at a nationwide telecommunications company where he was responsible for all internet operations.
After serving for nearly 20 years at EDCO in an operational role, Jim Horton is uniquely positioned to understand the evolution of the complete medical record in healthcare environments across North America. Serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, Jim is responsible for Solarity’s document review services, which are provided 24/7 to EDCO’s customers to ensure accurate indexing of medical records and access to the complete electronic chart in as little as one hour.
Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Drury University.
Since 2008 Andrew Fehlman has partnered with healthcare facilities throughout the United States and Canada to solve quality and efficiency challenges in the medical record scanning process with Solarity. Serving as Senior Vice President of Regional Sales, Andrew is responsible for the growth of EDCO’s patented Solarity scanning and indexing software, and the complete satisfaction of new and existing healthcare clients.
Andrew graduated from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He continues to give back to the university by serving as a Fellow with the Saint Louis University Billiken Angel Network.
With more than 12 years of experience providing solutions that improve the management of health information, Travis Atchley is dedicated to assisting healthcare facilities improve quality and increase efficiency. In his role as Senior Vice President of Regional Sales, Travis is responsible for the growth of EDCO’s patented Solarity scanning and indexing software, and the complete satisfaction of new and existing healthcare clients.
With more than 20 years of accounting experience, 15 years of which are at EDCO, Carol Messingham serves as EDCO’s Senior Vice President of Finance. In this role, Carol leads the Accounting and Payroll Departments, as well as oversees the organizations financial operations.
Carol was a Staff Accountant at a public accounting firm and has held various accounting leadership roles in other data-sensitive industries.
Carol graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has earned CPA certification.
With more than 15 of years of experience designing and developing applications to meet the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry, Troy Wollman serves as Vice President of Software Engineering. In this role, Troy has been the driving force behind EDCO’s development team, participating in software development mentoring, project management, implementation, and key software design decisions.
Troy graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and earned his Master’s in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University.
With more than 10 years of experience ensuring the security of highly-sensitive information at the enterprise-level, Nick Vaernhoej serves as Director of Network Technology. In this role Nick is responsible for the implementation and management of rigorous safeguards to protect customer data and network operations.
Since 2009 Jayme Boyd has played a pivotal role in all aspects of the human resources function at EDCO Health Information Solutions. As Director of Human Resources, Jayme is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining the right team of talented people to serve our ever-growing customer base.
Jayme earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University and a MBA from Drury University.
For more than 30 years, Cheney has been working in the software development industry, focusing on development, project management, integrations, designs, and release. Over 20 of these years have been spent in the healthcare industry. Being the Vice President of Technology, Cheney is an essential piece of the EDCO team, bringing a unique understanding of the software to experienced and entry level developers alike.
Cheney received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins.
